Website hosting
The website is delivered through Vercel Inc. Vercel may process technically required access data through a global delivery network. This is separate from the EU location of the Supabase database. The applicable processing agreement, international-transfer safeguards and log-retention period must be documented before publication.
Request data
If you contact us by email or through a mail request link, we process the details you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count and message content. The legal basis is pre-contractual communication and legitimate interest in answering your request.
Storage in Supabase
Website requests are stored in our Supabase project in the North EU (Stockholm) region. Supabase processes the contact and event details as a technical processor. Row Level Security limits anonymous website access to validated inserts; public reading, updating and deletion are not permitted.
Email delivery through Resend
After secure storage, website requests are sent to us and acknowledged to the requester through Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes the contact details and message content as a technical processor for delivery. The current data processing agreement, subprocessors, retention settings and safeguards for international transfers must be documented internally.
Storage and deletion
Request data is kept only as long as needed for communication, proposal preparation and statutory retention duties. You can ask for deletion or correction at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses privacy-friendly Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated page visits without analytics or marketing cookies. With your consent, Google Analytics is also used to measure page visits, interactions and successful event enquiries. Google Analytics is not loaded when you choose essential storage only. Your cookie selection is stored locally in your browser.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
